What you’ll get as a member
When you join the membership, you’ll receive access to a growing library of exclusive full-length yoga classes, released twice per month. These practices are thoughtfully designed to support:
You can expect a range of class styles—from slow, breath-centered flows and restorative yoga to yoga nidra, somatic movement, and grounding practices that meet you right where you are.
You’ll also find occasional bonus videos, guided meditations, and resources to support your practice off the mat.
Why I created this
I believe that healing doesn’t happen through pushing or striving—it happens through presence, softness, and consistency. This membership is a space to explore that gently and sustainably.
It’s also a way for me to keep this work going. Your membership helps fund the free practices I share online, making them accessible to more people around the world—many of whom don’t have access to trauma-informed or nervous system-focused yoga spaces.
