I’m so happy you’re here.
I’m Caitlin, a 500-HR yoga teacher and certified trauma-informed yoga instructor. I believe yoga and breathwork are powerful tools for emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and cultivating a deep sense of inner peace. My mission is to create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, release stress, and find balance in your daily life.
On this site, you’ll find a variety of video and written resources that are designed to meet you where you are—whether you need a gentle flow to unwind, a grounding practice to ease anxiety, or breathwork to restore clarity. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, accessibility, and self-compassion, because I believe yoga is for everyone.
